These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Iridium (the "Service"), a hosted LinkedIn automation tool provided through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface. The Service is operated by Nikhil Kulkarni, a sole proprietor ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, connecting a LinkedIn account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Iridium connects to your LinkedIn account through a third-party provider (Unipile) and performs automated actions you configure — including generating and posting comments, sending connection requests, and sending messages. You control the goals, topics, and daily activity limits through your account settings.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
This section is important. Read it carefully.
LinkedIn's own terms of service restrict automated access and bulk actions. By using Iridium, you acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service — including temporarily deactivating your Iridium account while we investigate — for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms, without notice and without liability. Suspension of your Iridium account does not affect your underlying LinkedIn account, which remains under your control.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Free trial. New accounts receive a seven (7) day free trial. No payment method is required during the trial, and you will not be charged during it. When the trial ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription.
Subscription and price. The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $49.99 per month (USD). The price in effect will be shown to you before you complete purchase.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically every month at $49.99/month, charged to your payment method on the same day each month, until you cancel. By subscribing, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method on this recurring basis. You must affirmatively agree to these automatic renewal terms at checkout.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Subscribing charges your payment method immediately for the first month — the free trial described above runs before subscription, not after it.
Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and no credit is provided for partial periods.
Changes to pricing. We may change the price of the Service. We will give you advance notice of any price change, and it will take effect no earlier than your next renewal. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
During any early-access or pre-launch period, access may be provided free of charge and may be modified or revoked at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your user content), is owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that use of the Service will not result in action against your LinkedIn or other accounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or account access (including LinkedIn account restriction or ban), arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or any law — including LinkedIn's terms of service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, as described in these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and we agree to resolve disputes in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms waives any non-waivable statutory right you may have under California law.
Iridium is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation, and any other product or company names referenced are the property of their respective owners. References to LinkedIn are made solely to describe the functionality of the Service and do not imply any association with or approval by LinkedIn.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
